How long to process mailed dues payments?

Wow, I mailed our dues payment in about two weeks old and it's still not showing up as paid in our account.

Anyone have experience on how long it takes to get processed?

I would've paid online but I kept getting an error screen

I also gave up on the online process. Mailed my payment on January 8. My credit card has still not been charged. They must be way behind - can't imagine it took more than 3 or 4 days at the most to get to its destination.

I plan to give it another week. Then I'm calling Member Accounting to find out why they don't want my money!

Same thing seems to be happening with ours. We're waiting a couple of weeks before we call as well.

Drop my check in the mail on Monday January 7th......nothing ...I'll give it another week......

I sent in the paperwork for having the dues drafted out of my checking acct and that hasn't happened yet (paperwork was recvd and everything was set to go a week before the 15th) was wondering if I should call yet. I think I'll given them til the end of this week tho...

Thanks, I guess I'm glad to know it's not just me and maybe they are just really behind - or slow.

I mailed a check on Jan 6th and it was credited to my account on Jan 11th! They really wanted my money for some reason

Mailed our dues in on Jan. 9 and my credit card was charged on Jan. 19. My account on the DVC website finally showed a zero balance on Jan. 21.

It took longer than I had expected. I tried to pay online but got the same error screen others did.

DVC just did the "trial" authorization on my credit card today, so I expect to see the charge tomorrow or perhaps the next day. Finally!

My draft processed last night~ and DVCmember shows less than it did last week so I guess things have started rolling...

We faxed our debit account info to them weeks ago, and heard nothing in reply. Finally, I saw that the debit was made yesterday, and I verified online that the payment was deducted from our balance due online.
