How long to give Guide to call back before calling again?

We found out through a phone call from DVC 2 weeks ago that our guide left and they had assigned us a new one. He got on the phone and we spoke briefly. Of course he mentioned the impending price increase at BLT (where we own) and the current incentives. I called him last week with some questions as we were thinking about adding on. He called back within 3 hours of my leaving a message. Over the weekend we decided to move forward with our add on. I called and left a message on his voicemail at 2 pm EST yesterday, telling him we did in fact want to add on and to please call me back. How long do I wait to hear from him before I call again?

Our old guide always said on his voicemail announcement if he was out of the office. This guide's message didn't mention anything about not being in. Thanks.

If you just called yesterday afternoon, I would give it some time. It is possible, that they may have taken ill or been called out unexpectedley. I would probably make one more call and give it another day. You can always call and ask for the supervisor if you want to go ahead and make the purchase today, though. Good luck!
