We found out through a phone call from DVC 2 weeks ago that our guide left and they had assigned us a new one. He got on the phone and we spoke briefly. Of course he mentioned the impending price increase at BLT (where we own) and the current incentives. I called him last week with some questions as we were thinking about adding on. He called back within 3 hours of my leaving a message. Over the weekend we decided to move forward with our add on. I called and left a message on his voicemail at 2 pm EST yesterday, telling him we did in fact want to add on and to please call me back. How long do I wait to hear from him before I call again? 
Our old guide always said on his voicemail announcement if he was out of the office. This guide's message didn't mention anything about not being in. Thanks.
