How long to get confirmation in the mail!!!

I changed from POR to Contemporary 11 days ago and although the cancellation info came in the mail I still have not gottem the new reservation information.....should I be worried!!

Don't be worried! This happens to me a lot because I change my resort so many times! Your new info is in their system, but they will not always send you a new confirmation. Just call back and reconfirm that they do in fact have Contemporary as your new resort and ask them to send out a new confirmation. I just did this last week when I switched from CBR to AKL and my new one came yesterday.

After I was upgraded due to POFQ closing, I waited two weeks and never received the confirmation letter from CRO. I called and they verified it was sent out the following day. The CM was nice enough to resend the confirmation letter and I received it within five days. If you don't receive it withing ten to fourteen days, call!

I think they don't always resend them when you make changes. Even when I asked for them to resend it, I never received it until 2 weeks later but maybe that's because I'm in Canada.
