How long is DCL ceremony?

Can somone tell me how long the actual ceremony is for a DCL ceremony will be. I want to record the entire time my wife will want to have on video. The issue is I will be using a Canon TX-1 to record the ceremony with a 8G Sandisk Extreme 3 20/MB transfer rate SD card. On a dry run it will record 22 minutes before the buffer becomes full and I need to restart the video. Will i be able to get everything she'll want in 22 minutes? I guess it would be her walking down the aisle and us saying I do. If there is a break i don't mind restarting but I want everthing that should be continuous to be one video. I could buy a faster SD card which would likely give me 5-8 more minutes but it will be about $120-$150 dollars i don't want to spend if i don't have to.

I saw a youtube video of a DCL ceremony on Deck 7 and the video was on about 8 mins. I have my wedding planned for 9/17/09 and our planner told us that the total time, for ceremony & reception is about 45 mins. Good luck!

Soon2BeMrs. we are getting married on the same cruise, same day. I guess you are the morning ceremony. We should make plans for the 4 of us to have a drink one night. Do you have everything together?

I would probably just splurge and get a better memory card. Think of all the money you are saving on a videographer anyway! I would check places like amazon.com or newegg.com for it though.

Yea 45 mins sounds about right...I would go for the extra card. You never know what you will end up taking video of.

I just may go with that, thanks. I will end up paying more for the card though, we leave wednesday morning. I do think 20 mins should get the ceremony and i do have more cards, just wanted her walking down the aisle and the vow exchange continuous.

OK ours is at 5:30, gues they put them closer together from what i've read before. I ended up taking the website down, not much activity in a couple months so i didn't feel like renewing for another year. I may put it back up. We are on facebook and i am on AIM. You should be able to receive them but I think you need a certain number of post before you can send them.
