How long for your contract to sell?

For those of you who sold DVC contracts on your own, how long (on average) did it take for you to find a buyer and complete the process? I don't seem to be getting much interest on ours, but I'm thinking maybe it's because of the summer time....???

Any thoughts?

We've sold 2 contracts, both at VWL. The 25 point one sold the first day we put it on the market. The other one, for 150 points, took about 6 weeks. Both then took about 6-8 more weeks to complete the process.

I sold a 100 point contract and I think it took about 3 weeks.
