I owned multiple contracts; when the new one came through the contract just *poof* appeared on my dashboard; first as '0' points and then with all the points the contract specified.Any idea whether you get emailed, like when the contract is added - or do they just appear?

The contract showed up on my dashboard yesterday, so i'm gonna call today to get the points loaded. Or at least I will try. In the past it have worked just fine to call the day after the contract shows up to get the points loaded.
I had existing contract and closed a resale some time ago that has a different UY. I can't reach anyone in Member Administration via phone to inquire about timelines for seeing new contract. Member Services keeps telling me my only option is to email Member Admin and wait for a reply.13 days to get loaded but that was with several calls to get it done.

Thanks for all of the info. My latest contract is a different resort and UY from my first 2, so I know it won't show up on my existing dashboard. I can't get anyone to tell me a timeline of how long account set-ups are taking at this point. I understand the department is currently understaffed (I'm assuming), but I can't "swallow" the crazy delays when I know buying direct results in an immediate account loaded with points.I called MS and just said I needed to find out status since I had to use them by end of a November. I also told them that I had emailed MA several times and got no answer after almost a month from the first one and over 2 weeks for the second,
It took about 5 calls to finally get that the info was there and they could load the points. I did even mention that I knew of a few people who had contracts closed and added after mine and they had points so I knew they are not going in order

Was the SSR a different title company then the CCV?It took 27 days for the contract to appear, but 4 days for the points to appear on my CCV resale (#1) that just finally finished. My SSR that closed two weeks before that CCV resale is still not showing in my account, however.
