How long does your dishwasher cycle take?

I also have a Bosch and the cycle times vary between 30 minutes (quick wash) and 2 hours, 15 minutes (heavy). The sanitize option adds another 20-30 minutes to the cycle. I always use "auto" and "sanitize" and the run time is 2 hours, 30 minutes. This dishwasher definitely takes longer than my old one (it was about 10 years old when we replaced it a few years ago) but the Bosch gets the dishes so much cleaner and uses less water and energy.

We replaced our old dishwasher last year and the new one seems to take forever. At least two hours. At least it's more quiet than the old one, but I don't feel comfortable running it while we're out of the house or even asleep, so we run it right after dinner so that it's finished by bedtime.

My dishwasher is a portable model.
The complete cycle takes about an hour.
Sometimes I open it and let the stuff air dry.
I use a "normal" wash.

I have it set to 25 minutes of washing. The dish washer does a nice job at that length of time.
