These are the fun sorts of problems to have. :)

We've got Ohana's breakfast scheduled at 8:30 am. Will we have any problems making our Pirate's League appointments at 10:55 am? Does Ohana's usually seat on time even during a crowded season (thanksgiving)?

Thats a good 2 hours BUT it all depends if they are running behind that morning. I have read some reviews that they get really behind and others have been served on time. I think you will be fine. If it ggets too close, can one parent(or adult) take the kids til the rest of the party can join them?

I think two hours is plenty of time. Once you're seated, breakfast shouldn't take more then an hour. Ask for the bill as soon as you're seated, not Ohana specifically but we have had to wait 15-20 minutes for some bills after we were finished.

Also I would take the monorail or boat over to MK. On our last trip, we had problems with the buses after Ohana. We waited about 45 minutes for the bus! Not sure if that was specific to that day but it wasted alot of time.

Yes, we have two adults, so I could take the kids over if it came to that. I was thinking it would be longer than an hour so that's good to know. Thanks!

Really, you can stay as long as you want unless it's super busy and then they'll try and move you on and after a reasonable amount of time. If you're hoping for a tighter turn around, once you're seated, an hour usually is plenty of time for you to have breakfast and meet the four characters that are doing the rounds of the table. They bring you the food so you won't need to keep getting up and down like a buffet. You can ask for more if you want and they bring the Mickey Waffles separately to the rest of the food.

Last trip we were at O'hana for breakfast at 8AM and there was hardly anyone there. We stayed there for ages and we got Mickey, Stitch and Pluto at our table twice. Most people did because the restaurant was about 1/4 full maximum.
