How long does it take to get the honeymoon registry gift card?

Hi everyone,

I made a Disney honeymoon registry 2 weeks ago exactly and I thought I read that I should receive a gift card in 7-14 days to complete the registry and actually make it valid so people can look at it and purchase from it if they'd like. It's been 14 days and I haven't gotten it yet.

Am I being too impatient? Last week was President's Day which means there was no mail so maybe it pushed it back a day or two? Should i give them a few more days then call? Help!!!

We ordered ours and after we had not received our gift card in 17 days we called them. They told us that out gift card was on it's way but they gave us a gift card number and said they were sending us a replacement one (we thought this was odd. Why would they be so quick to send a replacement if the original was in transit?). Our original one never showed. but we got the replacement two days later. I would call them.

Yeah it took a while before I got mine. I actually forgot I made a Disney registry until I got the card in the mail LOL

Oh ok good, I'm glad this is normal at least! I guess I'll wait a few more days and see what happens! I hope they send it soon!

I would call I did , just call and confirm the address just to make sure you show up on their computers. But yes they did ell me it will take up to two weeks.

i say call - we tried to do online 4 times, called twice, it took forever to get it!!

they told me it wasn't sent because i must have entered that i live in - wait for it - AFGHANISTAN.

um yeah..
