How long does a magic band stay active?

I am staying at the contemporary for my arrival day (they are part of the test). But after the first night Im moving to the Wilderness Lodge for six nights. I have only purchased the Halloween ticket (so far) for the Tuesday night which is my third day at Wilderness. Will my magic band still be active 3 days later after I check out of the Contemporary and into Wilderness?

The magic band will still be active if your ticket to the parks is still active. Like annual pass holders who have booked a room and were part of the test can still use there band even if they don't have a resort reservation the only thing need to activate than and is that initial resort reservation. So as far as I know from all the facts I have seen yes it will still be active as long as your ticket that is loaded on there is active.
