How late are MK ticket windows open?

We are arriving late afternoon on Christmas Day, going to CG for dinner, & then if we are not completely exausted, thinking of going to MK since it's open till 3am & if it's not at full capacity. My dilemma is that we are planning to exchange our park hopper tickets to APs. MK regular park hours are till 12am. Do the ticket windows stay open that late?

The ticket booths at the TTC will close MUCH MUCH earlier but the Guest Relations window at the MK will be open until the park closes I believe.
