How hard to get into Vero in the Summer?

Is it difficult to get into Vero Beach in the summer time? We would like to spend 3 nights there before going to WDW, in a 2BR (beginning of July). If I booked at the 7 month window, would I be able to get it?

I was able to book a few days at Vero this coming Aug a 2 bedroom at the 7 month window,

I've often booked Vero for the summer. I think it tends to be at it's busiest March, April and May time ( obviously plus the major holidays)

I think the lower point structure helps indicate it's more available.

We leave for VB Monday(Inn-Ocean view-5 nights) and I booked it at the 7 month window using leftover OKW points.

We stayed for 2 nights midweek last month.. I booked the room about 1 1/2 months prior to our arrival no problem. I even had a choice of days..

We booked at about seven weeks out and got an ocean view inn room for June 28, 29, 30, and July 1st.
