This is purely speculative, of course, but I think it will be pretty difficult.
Based on the plans and size of the building, it looks like it will be about the same size as BWV -- possibly a little smaller.
(That's assuming the whole building is DVC. I haven't been following the KTV discussions much, so if that's been announced, I didn't get the memo.) So it's certainly not going to be a small resort. But neither is it going to be an OKW-SSR sized place.
Looking at BWV now, you can usually get accommodations there at seven months (and less) except during the obvious peaks (holiday periods and F&W).
However...I think demand for KTV will be consistently high year-round. The allure of being that close to MK and on the monorail will be a huge draw, IMHO. And with the monorail, it will be pretty easy to get to Epcot as well...without bussing.
If you can consistently plan more than seven months in advance, and you really, really MUST stay at KTV, this would probably be one of those "buy where you want to stay" scenarios.
By contrast, I don't think it will be difficult to get into AKV at seven months. However, in both AKV and KTV, there were undoubtedly be
certain types of accommodations that are never available at seven months, just like standard view BWV is never available at seven months.
