How good is the view of Wishes from the Poly beach?

I know it is best viewed from Main Street.

I asked this questions a few days ago on the Parks board and someone said they had a great view. We are also planning on seeing WISHES after the Luau. Hopefully, we'll be able to scoot down to the beach in time (oh - I guess I'd better build in time for a Mai Tai at the pool bar!).

Have seen FITS from the Poly beach and it was wonderful.

We saw Wishes twice from the Poly beach and it was amazing! I couldn't believe how BIG those fireworks are. When we saw FITS from the beach last year it was kind of disapointing. They weren't worth watching as they were so tiny. Wishes is unlike any fireworks I have seen. In Wishes Tinkerbell is alit in blue and green lights. She glows brilliantly all the way down. I could even see Tink from the beach! Not big of course, but her pretty lights were easily seen. I taped the whole thing on my mini dv recorder and it was great.

We were monorail "co-pilots" one night on our return from Epcot to the Poly. As we began our return to the TTC, Wishes happened to be beginning, and we viewed the fireworks during our entire trip home. It was very enchanting to watch them during our ride in the sky. Of course the view wasn't direct, so we had to keep repositioning ourselves but it was still quite exciting. When we exited the monorail, we hurried down and watched their completion near the ferry dock. Another great spot to watch them from! Thought it was just as good as watching them from the Poly beach. Wishes is an incredible fireworks show!

Can you also see them from the GF? We are having dinner there one night and wondered if we should hang around afterwards to watch the fireworks. Also, can you 'hear' the music from the GF too?

Is the music piped in for wishes and the electric water pagent? Where are these speakers? Can you hear the music if on the beach at the Poly???

The first time we saw Wishes it was from the Poly beach. We thought they were wonderful! If there's no wedding or party on the area to the right of the beach, climb up on the hill that's there.

That said, the view from the Poly couldn't begin to compare with the view from the beginning of Main Street. These fireworks frame the castle and are very special.

We saw Wishes on our way to the Luau. The music was piped in but it was low. I liked the view from there better than being right near the castle. We were too close and I had to look up to see them. One night though we wanted to beat the crowds out of the MK so we ran to the end of Main St near the exit and the veiw of Wishes was excellent from there too. Have a great time!
