How far is your drive to WDW, Florida

We're 5 and 1/2 to 6 hour drive, depending on whether I try a new and shorter route, but usually it takes 5 1/2 hours. It's just close enough to go often, but far enough to make it a vacation.

Its an 8 hour drive for us. Wish we were closer.

4 hour drive to London Gatwick (we usually go the day before and stay overnight), approx 9 hour direct flight then about another 30 minutes to WDW. Plus waiting time at the airport.

It's about 8 hours for us. Not too bad and we really don't rush, either.

It's about a 14 hour drive from here. :sunny:

We're looking at about a 21 hour drive. We haven't done it before, but we drove to
Cocoa Beach our last trip, and really enjoyed the road time, so decided it made sense to drive to Disney. We're really looking forward to it. We'll do the same thing where the first leg will start in the evening and be really short, and then we'll have one really long day, and then one fairly short day.

Kungaloosh!
Morticia.

90 minutes!! And yes, about 80% of the reason we moved to FL was because we were spending so much on Disney trips that we figured it would just be easier to move! We also thought that then we would use our vacation time to go places other than Disney World and so far we've gone to DisneyLand and on a Disney Cruise  :earsgirl:

For us it is 1160 miles.

We normally stop in Dalton, GA on the way down.
On the way home we try to get into KY.

We take two days to drive.

As soon as we unload the truck, we head to EPCOT.

WE make the trip three times a year.

We never fly as we stop at the wineries along the way in GA and TN.

1200 miles, 18-20 hours. Drove it once, been flying ever since.

I have about a ten hour drive to get to WDW and dont think twice about doing it. 10 hours is quite a long drive to go. We never do rest the day we get there we are always to excited to get to the parks and enjoy our selves.

About the same as yours, neighbor!!

We have approximately a 11-12 hour drive one way. I like to sight see and usually opt for the "scenic" route which often adds a couple of hours to the trip. The trip is part of the fun!!

I used to live in Brampton Ontartio and would drive once, maybe twice a year. The drive was 29 hours, Sometimes I drove straight through, with a couple of two hour naps: sometimes we would stop overnight.
I now live in Vancouver British Columbia and decided to drive to WDW last October. the trip is just over 3800miles. I decided to stop and visit friends and relatives along the way: the visit at Disney was 10 days, total length of the trip was 60 days, 11,000miles. Best trip ever.
I also drive to Disneyland every couple of years: driving time is 24 hours: with a stop usually in Grant's Pass Oregon on the down and back.
:wave2: :wave2:

10 1/2 hr drive for us. Its not bad though. We usually leave around 2am and get there at 2:30pm. That is unless I-4 is backed up. If so, add an hour. We used to fly, thought it was our only way. Now, we like the drive and having our own vehicle opens doors of opportunity we didnt have before.
