I hope Im posting this in the right place.

Hubs and I have decided to stay onsite for one night so we can enjoy citywalk after we've had a fun packed park day. It will be nice to be able to have a swim and freshen up before going out on the evening.

The following day we had planned to visit the premium outlets, as we are not driving we were wondering if it would be better to check out, leave our overnight bag at the hotel and catch a shuttle (recommendations welcome) to the outlet, shop, collect bag and head back to Disney or head straight back to disney and go shopping from there? Which is closer to the outlets, WDW or US?

Many thanks

As OPA is just off I-4 it has easy access to WDW and US. As to which is nearer, it all depends on which hotel you're staying in at WDW.
