How far in advance do AP codes come out?

Hi all,

I was fortunate enough to receive a 20% discount for August. So I booked August 11th-18th for the BC with the dining plan. Question is.....I also have an AP. With the dining plan the cancelation policy is 45 day as I understand it. If AP discounts become available....will I have enough time to cancel the 20% reservation and book the AP rate?

We just booked for August at the BC as well. We are DVC members but they had nothing on the dates we needed so we just booked regular hotel rooms. We are AP as well and they told us on the phone last week that the codes were not out and to try back in June and they would just adjust the price if something should come out. What kind of 20% discount did you get? Was it on the room rate or was it some kind of dining package?

Hi,

Thanks for your help. I sent for the Disney Planning DVD, and an email
offering the 20% off beat the DVD to me. Apparently, ordering the DVD
seems to help in obtaining a discount. Best of Luck!
