How easy to book Vero in March?

Does anyone know how easy / hard it might be to book Vero Beach in March, at the 7 month window?

I know we are all fairly new to RCI, my in laws have been RCI members for a while, anyone have good / bad experiences trying to book with RCI?

We may use RCI to book Vero rather than DVC, any recommendations?
