How early does Columbia Harbor House open for lunch?

Hubby and I are planning on attending EMH at the Magic Kingdom and are looking for somewhere to have a very early lunch. We'd prefer CHH but aren't sure when it opens. Anybody out there who can tell us?

Do any of the CS places in the MK open early for lunch?

According to WDWinfo, Columbia Harbour House opens at 10:30.

The same site also lists Pecos Bill as opening at 10 a.m. ; Pinocchio Village Haus 10:30; Casey's Corner 11 a.m.; & Cosmic Rays 10:30. Looks like Pecos Bills opens the earliest.
All hours vary with park hours.

Also, Main Street Bakery opens when the park opens.
