How does TOT 10-miler weekend effect DHS hours?

We are finalizing a few plans since we are coming up on our 180 day mark for ADR's. I'm trying to figure out plans for DHS since we will be there during the 10-miler weekend. We are planning on going to DHS on October 3rd and 4th. We want to do breakfast at H&V one of the days and dinner (not sure where yet) on the other day. Does the park close early on the 4th for the run? Also, will there be fantasmic that night?
Any suggestions on which day would be better for breakfast and which one for dinner? And what time does H&V usually open, I think 8 AM?? If park opening is at 9am, would we be better off doing a late breakfast and getting TSM in before breakfast?

According to easyWDW, although the official calendar doesn't indicate it yet, DHS should close at 6 on the 4th with no Fantasmic:
