How does FP+ work for Eat to the Beat?

Hello, this is my first time going to Eat to the Beat and I am very excited about seeing a particular artist. How easy is it to get a FP+ ressie 60 days out? Will it tell me how early I need to be there? Was anyone able to get good seats this way without waiting all day? Going to try to get FP+ ressies for two different days. I am also in a wheelchair. Thank you!

I had a FP last year for David Cook when FPs were only released a few days before the first Eat to the Beat concerts.

The FP section was the front-right section and you only had to arrive a few minutes before the concert of your choice.

Standby guests who had picked up wristbands earlier in the afternoon sat in the left-front and Disney Chase Visa guests sat behind the wristband Standby area.

I'm not sure you'll need a FP to have access to the wheelchair seating area. Wheelchair seating wasn't available in the FP area because it's the first rows closest to the stage without access for wheelchair users.

Thank you so much for the reply! I am just hoping I'll be able to see if there are rows of people in front of me...

Wheelchair viewing (if you can not transfer) is in the mid section between the back and the front. I have been in that area many times and due to the slop of the theater you should be able to see. There is also wheelchair viewing at the very back of the theater as well. The CMs do try to get people to stay seated as much as possible.

Alright thank you so much for letting me know. My mother can help me transfer so I am going to try at get FP plus so I can be near the front.

If you can transfer to make it easier let the CM know you need to be on the end of the row. That way you will not have to go very far and then your mom or a cm can park your chair on the ramp. It is just bench seating so no backs.

@wilkeliza ~ the seats do have backs to them. :) I sat in FP and then the Chase area and all had seating with backs. I'm not sure about farther back in the theater area, but definitely backs in the FP area.

Opps you are right. It has been so long since I've stopped that I for sure remembered them as just benches but looked at some photos and there are indeed wood backs. Silly how memory works haha.

Thank you so much for confirming the seats have backs. You have no idea of how helpful this is as without the backs, I would have no choice but to seat in my wheelchair. Thank you for reminding me to let a CM know about the end of a row. You two have made my day. We will see what happens but I am going to have an amazing time no matter what!

How important is a fastpass for these concerts? Do they sellout? What is the likelihood of getting standby seating? How long do you typically have to wait for standby seating? Sorry for all the questions! I've never been and have no reference :)

There are multiple options for the concerts:
FP - front-right
Standby wristband - front-left if you pick up a wristband in the afternoon. Last year they were handed out at 1:00, 3:00, and 5:00 for the corresponding concert.
Disney Chase Visa - wristband for mid-left seating.
Dinner package - seating in the central mid to back area.

FP and Standby wristband guests were in the covered area of the theater. Dinner package guests did get rained on.

You can also stand along the outside edges to view and listen. The concerts can also be seen from the upstairs Chase Lounge in the Pavilion.

What is the story with the Chase Disney Visa? You can get reserved seating?
Yes. Stop by the Lounge early in the day and pick up a wristband for the concert of your choice. I'm not sure if it was available daily or just on the weekends... I had been there on a Saturday.

Does anybody have any idea when the FPs will be available for the concerts?
I was wondering the same. I'd assumed people were already getting them but was able to get in at 60 days today and couldn't see them for any of the days I can see (Sept 14-23). I wasn't sure if I was looking in the wrong place/Tier. Has anyone seen dining packages available yet either?
