How does DISavers know what codes/discounts you are entitled to?

I just joined DISavers and transferred over my October booking to them. I currently have a DC discount rate (when booked on my own in Jan.) but am waiting for discounts and codes to come out. DISavers did ask if I was an AP holder, but never asked if I can get Fla. resident discount(which I can, even though my address shows a NY residence we have a condo in Fla. and live there part time. Have always gotten a Fla. res. discount). Also, we are members of AAA and was going to check on that rate, but was not asked about it when transferring ressie. In short, the only discount rate they asked about was if you are an AP holder. How will this work??? P.S. Thanks Doc for your help with the registration process.

Now that you've submitted your transfer request, you'll get a notice about faxing a transfer authorization to Dreams giving Disney permission to switch it to DISavers. This will take a couple of days usually once they receive the fax from you.

As for discounts, DISavers has access to the normally available discounts, but if you have access to other possibilities (like Disney Club, FL residents, AAA, newspaper, direct from Disney), make sure to mention those to your agent. (An agent will be assigned once your reservation has been transferred into the DISavers system from Disney. That agent will contact you promptly once they are notified of the assignment.)
