How does check in work at Pop?

Hi there

We are staying at Pop for the first time soon but we will be coming in very late (around 11pm ish) so I want to be sure I know what I am doing at check in. Which bit of the car park should we park at for check in and after we have checked in do we then move the car to a closer car park or can we leave it at the check in car park overnight. Also how does the transportation of our luggage work, do we have to carry it ourselves or will there be a bell services type service to transport it for us.

Sorry about the silly questions but we have only ever stayed Deluxe before so we always did valet parking before.

You can park near the check in area, then you will want to move your car to the parking area for your building. Parking at the main building is limited and you could have a very long walk to your room.

They have luggage assistance but I can tell you at that time of night it will be quicker to do it yourself.

Will the "carts" be available at the frpnt desk when I check-in? If you have to park in another parking lot, what do you do, unload your luggage onto the cart, have one person take it to the room, while the other goes and parks the car? I know it sounds so weird to ask this, but... I've also only stayed Deluxe and used Bell Services, so don't know the protocol at Pop.

It really somewhat depends on where your room is.

Where we were located on our most recent stay at Pop, since we were able to park reasonably close to the room.... it turned out that parking the car and just walking back and forth a few times to unload was by far the fastest way to go and so that's exactly what we did.

If you can't park conveniently close to your room - luggage carts are available from the main building. I think you may have to leave a credit card (or room key #?) to secure the safe return of the cart.
