How do YOU make your deviled eggs?

Hellman's mayo, French's mustard, finely chopped dill pickles and onions.

Mayo, vinegar, salt, pepper and lots of dill. Paprika on top.

I have never heard of relish in deviled eggs, either. I do use relish in my egg salad, though.

I like mine a little sweet. I make mine with Mayo, DRY mustard, relish, and a little sugar. They are sooo good. My grandma used to put vinegar in hers and I don't care for that style.

I like my devilled eggs creamy.

I don't like Miracle Whip but the receptionist at work makes the BEST devilled eggs and hers are made with Miracle Whip. They are soooo good.

My mom finally revealed to me that she'd been putting chilli powder on the devilled eggs all these years. I'd never noticed. I love her eggs too

I do it very much the same-
Miracle Whip or Mayo
mustard
horseradish

* if I use Dijon I don't add horseradish; yellow mustard used + horseradish. I've also used wasabi!

We like to mix it up- we add diced jalapenos to some, smoked salmon, chopped ham, shrimp or crabmeat (in that case we use Old Bay dusted over the top).

When I slice the eggs I put the yolks in a ziplock bag, add the ingredients, seal and mash it up with my hands. When mixed, snip the corner and pipe out the contents into the whites. It saves some dishwashing!

That's what I do, too! Works pretty well, though last night the bag burst at the top. Still beats the heck out of spooning the mixture out =)

I am going to use horseradish the next time I make them - never would have thought to include that but many of you said you used it. Thanks for the ideas!

How do I make deviled eggs?

I call up mom and say, "You're making deviled eggs, right?" I do know she uses Miracle Whip in them.

I've never had relish in a deviled egg, but do love me a pickle or two with them.
