I do it very much the same-
Miracle Whip or Mayo
mustard
horseradish
* if I use Dijon I don't add horseradish; yellow mustard used + horseradish. I've also used wasabi!
We like to mix it up- we add diced jalapenos to some, smoked salmon, chopped ham, shrimp or crabmeat (in that case we use Old Bay dusted over the top).
When I slice the eggs I put the yolks in a ziplock bag, add the ingredients, seal and mash it up with my hands. When mixed, snip the corner and pipe out the contents into the whites. It saves some dishwashing!
