how do you get those MK view CR rooms?

When reserving a CR tower room, how do you get a room on the MK view side? Do you just request it when making the reservation and hope they have one when you check in? Or can you get a view "guarantee" when making the reservation. We have never stayed at the CR and we will be going there in November and when I made the reservation I requested that view, but I'm wondering if there is something more I can do. This is my childhood dream to stay in the CR tower and be able to see the MK from my room and I really, really, really want it. (can you tell

your best bet is to request it. make sure it's printed on your confirmation as a request, then on check in, verbally request it...they'll do the best they can for you.

Don't be bummed if you get a bay view room either thou...we've stayed on both sides, and it wonderfully either way!

We requested MK view on our reservation and did not get it. They did however move us the next day. The MK view is the best for the fireworks however the bay lake view was so peaceful and beautiful I think I would have a hard time deciding which one I would want on another visit.

The only way to guarentee a MK view is to book a suite that has a guarenteed view (they can guarentee 14th floor one and two bedroom suites on park or bay view).

I requested it on the reservation, requested it to the concierge, and at check-in (around 2:30PM) they told me that I did have a MK view room (which was not ready, but I got to sit up in the lounge and the concierge told me around 3PM that it was ready - the view was worth the wait!!!)
