How do you get the pin traders symbol like Obi's?

I would like to know how to get one of pin traders symbols like/similar to the one that Obi-Wan Pinobi has. Everytime I see one under a response I want it more. Could somebody help me, please?

If you are looking for a personalized pin trading logo like alot of members have e-mail me and I can make you one. Usually takes me about a week to get to it. Note I can't host it on the web for you. You'll have to find a place to store it.
