Our first trip (2 years ago) was so much fun that we decided to go back. I took too many pics last time but ended up makign two digital books for my kids "Trip to Remember" and one family album. I did it based on day and did a two page spread per day. I did a few extra pages (too many pics) and that was it.

We are going back in two weeks and I would like to do somethign different. Does anyone have any suggestions for a different way of scrapping a trip? I may want to take different pics?

Thanks for your help.

Disney World has so many things to do and see that each trip we find lots of new things to do and take pictures of. Plus your kids will be 2 years older and it's fun to see the same shots taken on each trip with the family and see how the kids grow! It won't be hard to scrap a 2nd trip!

I agree, every trip is different. Just make sure to get lots more photos than you think you will need. I took 2500+ and am still kicking myself for missing some....

We went in November 2004 and I took a ton of pictures. I made my very first Disney album with those pictures - about 50 pages!

We then went back last March 2006 and I tried to take some different pictures. Different rides, different places in the parks, etc... I'm working on that album, but it will be larger than the '04 one.

Now we're going back in April of this year and I have the same problem you have. I know I'll have all of the character pictures (probably using the photopass pics), but then what? I'm going to try to think ahead about where in the parks don't I have pictures from the past two trips? Where can I take "stopping to smell the Daisies in WDW" type pictures? Where do I want similar pictures taken?

I *think* I'm going to try to group the pictures by lands for MK next time. I'll try to take some different pictures in each area for a 2 page layout per land. I just took pics of ALL the countries in Epcot, so I don't plan on doing that again. I scrapped the Beauty & The Beast show from MGM - I plan on just sitting and watching it this time and leaving my camera in my bag. But maybe I'll take Indiana Jones pics this time since I have never scrapped that show.

Make any sense? I'm still trying to make sense of it myself. I know I'll be tempted to take a ton of pictures again, so I might just be all talk right now . BUT I'm going to try and just put them all on disk first and not print every single shot again. :3dglasses

My DH had an idea and we took pictures of a person by each letter of the California sign in front of DCA in Disneyland. I cut out each letter (and person) and it made an awesome title page. I've never been to Disney World, but could you do something similar with signs for the different areas of Disney World?

On our second trip to DL I took way less pictures than the first trip, but I did take one picture that sort of re-created a picture I had taken the first time around. I like looking at it and seeing how the family has changed.
