How do i get the DISWISH 20 LBS sign?

I lost 20 LBS since aug. 2003. I was wondering how to get the Diswish 20 LBS sign, Thanks

Eva, if you read very carefully the first post on this thread you should be able add the clippie that you need for your journey in WISH. Not sure when you officially joined WISH, but the clippie that you'll need is about the third post on the above thread. Congrats on the 20 pound loss, BTW. You are well on your weigh!

Eva, I don't know whether you have signed up to do the WISH challenge or not, but we only use clippies for the amount of weight that we have lost since joining WISH.

Just go to this thread , and start your WISH journey by taking the challenge by signing up here. You'll find lots of support and great ideas for getting and staying healthy from the wonderful folks on this board.

You'll start by adding a WISH "member" clippie to your signature. Then you'll earn your WISH weight loss clippies as rewards for your losses after you've joined the WISH challenge.

Each week, we have a check-in thread. Come post your weekly results, your challenges, and help support your fellow WISHers! You'll find lots of celebrations and lots of support and healthy ideas in these check in threads.

Although you won't earn the 20 pound clippie for the weight you lost *before* joining the challenge, you might like to add that info to your signature (something like "20 pounds lost before taking the WISH Challenge"), because that is a terrific accomplishment, and you'll find lots of us here ready to celebrate that with you!
