How do I get my AirTran boarding passes?

We booked our trip through WDW and AirTran was the airline they selected. The only confirmation number I have is my WDW package confirmation #. Can I check in online 24 hrs early with AirTran to obtain boarding passes and seat assignment or do I have to wait and check in at the airport? I have no idea if my children (10 & 13) are assigned to sit with us or not and I'm getting nervous!

You can call Disney and get your AirTran reservation number from them. Once you do that you will be able to check in online at the 24 hour mark. It will also allow you to select your seats if you would like. Keep in mind there is a fee to select seats on AirTran.

Thank you - do you think it's safe to assume each child would be assigned a seat next to one of us? We don't have to all sit together but I don't want my 10 year old sitting by herself. If not, I should probably pay to have my seats assigned.
