I just got off the phone with MDE tech support. I went to sign into MDE this morning using the same username and password that I've used from the beginning and all of my reservations were gone!
So I call tech support they tell me I'm signing in under the wrong username. They give me a username that I've never heard of to sign in with.
It works and all of my reservations are retrieved. WTH happened!! Why all of a sudden are my reservations under a username that I didn't create?? The CM's only explanation was that I had 2 accounts!! I'm so confused.
