How common are bouncebacks?

We are staying at the Poly in October/November and I am curious as to how often bouncebacks are offered around this time. Thanks!

I have never seen them before, but that does not mean Disney has not offered them. We always stay on property, but we usually plan out trips 6-8 weeks before we come down and use the AP or Florida resident discount, so...it might have been offered and we just did not pay attention!!!! Case in point, we were at Saratoga Springs, 1 bedroom villa, Dec 14-Dec 22, and we could have gotten a great bounceback rate for this trip if only we had noticed the flyer in the room!!!

We just stayed at the Poly, and there was a "Pick a Date before It's too Late" bounceback code. They only put in the room the first day. I placed the card in my luggage so my kids wouldn't lose it... and it was never replaced.

WE were there in October and the same bounceback is STILL running. THe poster above was offered the same one as us in October. We just returned and were there the last week of January and beginning of February and they are STILL running the same bounceback we were offered in October. I did crunch my dates (only a limited timeframe) and we were looking for a value for August. At 20% off for the values, I passed on the offer. The best offer is the DVC rooms at 40% off. Now that was a deal.

Re: the above poster...the bouncebacks have been running for a long time. Quite surprising to me; and possibly the reason that we have not yet seen a room-only code for the general public. I'm waitin' for that!

I'll be back in April (on a bounceback offer!) and will see if the offer is still available then.
BTW, has anyone noticed an offer that goes beyond the end of September??
