I am planning a trip for october and as a "big" guy I am concerned about paying to get into a park and then not being able to ride all of the rides. has anyone ever heard some kind of measurement max for the rides?

also, I know the coasters have special seats for big people-anyone know the locations?

thanks for the help!

I hope you get the answers your looking for. We struggle at parks as well as my dh is a larger built person. He was so worried about fitting on things to the point he'd walk all the way up to the line and then head for the exit as I boarded. He did this to get a peek to see if he could fit on the rides. He was interested in water rides though and not coasters. He did Bluto's Barge, they have a red belt that fits wider than the brown, he fit okay in the T-2 movie thing, MIB was tight but bearable. I did'nt go with him to ET and Twister but there was no problems there. I posted about this just a week or so ago and had wonderful responses. I inquired about all rides in general and would he be okay and comfy. He does'nt care for rollacoasters or the fast spinning rides. MIB is about max for both of us.LOL I don't mind the big drops on the water rides though. I'm considering spiderman. I don't know much about the "scoup" you ride in and how tight that would be. If it's constricting for him and uncomfy then I want do it either. I sure did'nt know that coasters accommadates with bigger seats. I know you'll get some great answers here.

The BIG BOY seats are out front and they are the ones with the "TWO" straps and "TWO" buckles.

these seats are in rows 3 and 6 of dragons and hulk. only one seat in those rows.

try the seat outside and see if it is what you need. then tell the attendent at the ride boarding point that you require the extra size seat with the two straps and they should put you in either row 3 or 6. i believe on hulk it is the second seat from the right.
and i believe dragons it is the second seat from the left on ICE and second seat from the right on FIRE:smooth:

Now that's what you call info! Thanks MIB even though it's not my post. Do you happen to have anymore big person tips on other attractions or rides? Congradulations by the way Ms Dis is getting all the glory:)

Ahem...what glory would that be??? LOL
Oh... right...doing MIB999999's laundry???

I think that's about all the info MIB999999 has on big person tips as he's not actually a "big" person (he's a tall person at 6'4", however!) he just has an eye for details and info!!! :)
But, I'll be sure he posts any other tips he might have stored up there in his vast brain!!! ;)
