How big are your 9yo dd's feet?

My DD age 9 will be 10 in fifteen days (at least that's what she keeps reminding me) wears a child size 13 1/2 shoe. She is little for her age. She still wears a 6X or 7 in clothes.

My DD is almost 8, she's about 49" tall and wears a size 1


My DS is 9 1/2, 55" and wears a size 5

I have read a recent article about how the "average" woman's shoe size has increased within 50 years ago. Pretty interesting article. Their theroy was girls' feet has gotten larger is probably due to more sport activities.

My DD9 - will be 10 in July - wears 13.5- 1 depending on shoe. She is very short though- only 50 inches.(10% on growth chart). Most of her friends wear 5-6 womens.

My DD9 is % 50 inches & wears a 3. Why are girls feet getting so big?

DD turned 10 last December and now wears between size 8.5 - 9 shoe. I bought her sandals over the weekend in a size 9.5! She's about 4'9 - 5'0 and the doc told me that she will be very tall. The other day, she tried on a bikini from last year, and after seeing her body, decided that she'll be wearing tankinis only with boy shorts - way too many curves already!!

Well, my sister is 13 and her feet are a size 10! She's 5'7" though.

Similar for my DD.... She still 12 now. (13 at end of May) But she is getting taller than me (5'7") and prefers a womens 11 shoe to a 10. (Her heel hangs over the back of some 10's)

Yea it would be nice if she stopped growing after she started her P but I don't think that's going to happen.

Well there's always specialty catalogs for shoes.

BTW...At the end of 2nd grade (age 8) She wore a girls size 5 shoe for her 1st communion. (and has been growing ever since...)
