How are the security lines at Harbor lately?

Hello kind Disney friends ,

I haven't stayed on Harbor in a while but noticed here and there over the last couple of years some horrible looking security lines at the Harbor entrance. I know sometimes grad nights are a mess, but it seemed like they needed to work some bugs out. Or maybe the security lines can be horrendous? If you have been recently, can you please share what time you got to the line and about how long it took to get through? Thank you so much!!

Just got back from 4 days at the parks. Entered once at about 5pm, the other times between 8am and 10 am. Each time we breezed through in just a couple of minutes. Also park-hopped and while that doesn't involve security the entrances also never took more than a couple minutes.

Thank you so much! this is super helpful. Now I just need to get intel on the 7am rope drop people. I wonder if it's crazy then? Maybe I should post another question just asking about rope drop.

I was there at rope drop Sunday and Monday not at 7 AM (more like 7:20-7:30) but it was less than 10 minutes and a good part of that is that I had a stroller so getting threw security always takes a couple of minutes anyway.
