Hotwire Member ID Question

Just joined Hotwire and tried to order some stuff but they are asking for a Member ID on that page. Went back and checked my email from them but there is no Member ID, which it says consists of numbers. Also sent an email and they said there is heavy volume and they'll get back to me in 5-7 days. YIKES! If anyone can enlighten me in this ditzy moment, I would appreciate it.

In the email they sent you with the subject line: Your Hotwire Savings Club Membership Information in that email half way down they give you your membership number it is right under the Login Instrucrtions. I hope that helps.

Hi, and thanks for responding. I didn't even receive that email. Only a confirmation with no ID. Just pulled their telephone number and going to try to get it that way.

UPDATE: Was able to get the id by calling and punching in my telephone number. Never did receive the other email from them.
