Hotels with Monorail at Disney World

We are staying at a hotel outside Disney and would like to check out the hotels that have the monorail system. We might have dinner at one ,dessert at another and coffee at another. Is there a way to do this because we are not staying on the Disney property.

Are you using a rental car? You could drive to one, and when you get to the gate, you just say you have a dining reservation, then you can hop on the monorail.

You can park at a hotel and let them know having dinner. If possible have a reservation too.

Contemporary, Polynesian and Grand Floridian are your food, drink and shopping options.

There are 2 monorails. One goes from transportation and ticket center and Magic Kingdom only.


The other stops at CR, then TTC, poly , GF and MK in a continuous circle.

So pick one to start for dinner then hop on and explore the others. Also my favorite is the boat loop.( From MK to GF then to Poly and back to MK )you can catch at boat dock (easy to find) you can go as many times as you want.

Two of my favorite bars are Tambu Lounge at Poly right in lobby 2nd floor and Mizners Lounge 2nd floor GF lobby. The desserts at Kona Cafe are good. The banana Creme brûlée with a smitch of chocolate at bottom is one of my favs!

I'd try to park at Contemporary or Poly if you're driving, visitor parking at the Grand Floridian is a *long* walk from the lobby, other 2 are much closer. Have a great time with the monorail hop!
