Has anyone ever used hotelmartusa to make reservations at a hotel? They told me they would send me an e-mail confirmation but after a week I still haven't received anything. They told me their e-mail was broke. I am not sure what to do next. Help!

You can call them at 1.888.579.1054. I booked with them and got a confirmation the next day. Also, you can call the hotel directly and ask if they have your reservation through hotelmartusa. Also, I can PM you the email address of the agent at hotelmartusa who sent me the confirmation.

I booked with them and cancelled about two months ago. They were slow with the refund, but the gentleman I spoke with when inquiring about it was very helpful and the refund did get to me. You might try the local number they have listed if your having a hard time getting through on the 1-800 phone #. Theres a lot of nasty virus's taking out E-mails so it seems reasonable theirs would be down.
