Hotel Survey Was Actually Looked At.

I did a survey for Country Inn and Suites LBV for our stay last weekend. I got an email from the GM thanking me for my comments and offering us a 20% discount for when we decide to stay there again. He actually mentioned specific comments I made so I know it wasn't a form email. I'm impressed that they listened but that's always a wonderful hotel so I should be surprised.

I did the same survey after my trip in March and was offered the same 20%.

And I was impressed aswell

Although, I thought I was being offered the discount because of some of the issues I mentioned in my review.

Nothing big. just that I wanted to stay another night, but they would not allow me to stay for the discounted rate I had originally booked. So we moved to the Ratisson (spelled this way on purpose). What a bad move that was!

Should have stayed and paid the extra $50 the CSBV was going to charge me! Oh well, you live and learn

I always fill these out and sometimes get a contact if I have a major complaint. With Country Inns & Suites, however, I gave them a good review, but a lukewarm comment on the breakfast. The Manager contacted me for more information. I enjoy staying at these and clearly they are customer focused.
