First time staying at hny could anyone tell me best times for breakfast do you get a breakfast slot and do they have a small shop like some of the other hotels.

you choose breakfast slot at the check in. We went for 7.30am and it was very nice. I guess it depends if you are doing EMH. I think it gets busy around 9am. And there's a shop in hotel.

oooh how exciting - I did a surprise trip for my DD once, her reaction was totally worth it but omg the stress beforehand, I was fit to burst ! Nowadays I tell her we're going but then I factor in some surprises - including us staying at the HNY next month, so photos please .

will take loads off photos no doubt do you know if there is a kettle or do you have to hire one?

You can call housekeeping and ask for a kettle, no charge.

Also, don't worry about breakfast slots. You can go pretty much anytime.

Have a ball....brilliant you kept the secret so long

HNY is lovely have to admit it is my favourite hotel They do ask you to pick a breakfast slot - its nice to go early if you are doing EMH but equally nice to do EMH and come back for breakfast.....q's build up from about 8:30 but they move fast. Also they don't say anything if you arrive for breakfast after your slot

Have a great time....I too would like to see photos
