We are needing a nice clean but inexpensive hotel for one night before we check into POR on July 11th. We were wanting to stay around $70 price range. We will not be there long but cannot stand a hotel that is not well kept! Any ideas would be great! :confused3

Booked DTD Hilton for $105/tax for 9/2 a Sat. If a week day you could probably do better.

I have gone crazy before researching to find decent but inexpensive hotels in Kissimmee... We were looking for even cheaper ($35/nt). So I don’t have any recommendations for 'nice'! It seems like I saw good reviews for the Baymont Inn Kissimmee ( I just looked up $72/nt for July 10 on Travelocity.) Check its reviews on trip advisor. Once you research it you might want to see how far ahead there are deals on lastminutetravel. Good luck!

I'd possibly look into Priceline- but know your stuff before you jump in. For that I'd try www.betterbidding.com . Also, we have recently begun building a hotel review board-- growing everyday :) . It can be found as a sub-board at the top of this board. I'd check it out for some possible options.

We are staying at the Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista for about $55.00. We just wanted a decent place to stay for one night and everything I have read about it seems pretty good. If you book online at their website it seems to be cheaper than anywhere else I could find.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn LBV and thought it was great. The area is much nicer than you'd find at other similar preiced hotels (it's nestled between bigger hotel's gold courses). It is also convenient to the back way into MK (past Fort Wilderness).

Try Priceline, people have been getting All Stars Sports and Music for around $36 a night. Do your research first by going on biddingfortravel.com. On Priceline, you cannot be guaranteed which hotel you will get so be sure that you are willing to accept any in that category. I bid for 2 nights on a resort for June 9-11 and got Gaylord Palms for $93 a night (plus resort fees).

Try calling the disney reservation daily at 7 am for the same hotel you are booked for later which is POR, there are always cancellations and you might have a room free, for that day it might be different in price from what you will be paying for the rest of your stay, but it will be the same room for you and you will not have to check out or in therefore saving you time to enjoy the day in full. we have done that and we were able to fill the the blocked dates of our stay sometimes till the same day of check-out/in.
In case you couldn't get the extra day at the same hotel then ask to be booked into any of the Disney value hotels like the All Stars which are around $70 a night and you are in the magic of it from the start and it is well kept disney style. :thumbsup2
