We just returned home to the Great White North of CT from 2 week stays at home resorts of WLV and BWV. And I got to tell all of you fellow members to start complaining as we did.
First at WLV. The Hot Tub at near the quiet pool was not Hot. In fact it wasn't warm, it was cold. So was the quiet pool. So we called maintance the first day, and nothing happened. The second day we complained, and nothing happened, so we walked over to the Hot Tubs by the Lodge. They were at least warm, but one was not working properly. The air nozzles were removed so one area of the tub gat all the preasurized water, and the rest of the tub got NOTHING. On the third day, we decided to just use the quiet pool, and as luck had it, a supervisor came to check out the pool, and we told him about the Hot Tub problems. Well the next morning the Hot Tub by the quiet pool has HOT !, but that was it....by afternoon it was back to warm, and by evening, it was cold again and remained that way for the rest of the week.
Second week we moved to BWV. Similar problem. At least the Hot Tubs were hot when we arrived, but by the 4th day, they were cold. We were getting so disillusioned that we didn't bother to call anymore.
I don't know about you, but we sure look forward to sipping a few cocktails sitting in those hot tubs after putting up with winter up here. I don't know what our maintance fees are going toward, but somthing is going on. Either they are trying to save money by turning off the heat, or they aren't maintaing things like they should.
For all members who were at either resort from March 11th to the 24th, PLEASE complain as we did, and help get things right again!!
