Hot Chocolate Weirdness

Oh I understand that. I'm sure on a cooler day when so many people are ordering hot chocolate that it's harder for the machine to keep up.

I see both sides. I do think it's tacky. But I also think sometimes a packet of instant is better than having people freak out because the shop ran out of hot chocolate.

our problem with that is we have to heat water on stove and when that runs out/can not heat water enough fast enough that does not work to hand out the packets. which was our problem and we make the hot chocolate for half the stands in the park not just our stand so it was bad very glad I was not in a window

Um, put the mix in the cup with hot water, stir, then hand the customer a mixed cup of hot ch

I was handed a packet of Nestle and a cup filled to the top with hot water when ordering from Woodys lunch box last year. Of course when adding the packet it made a mess and water spilled out since they filled the cup all the way up with hot water. Doing all this on top of a trash can since no tables at Woodys. Not too happy about that time, so now o only order from the Jofferys cart or at Epcot festival booths
