our problem with that is we have to heat water on stove and when that runs out/can not heat water enough fast enough that does not work to hand out the packets. which was our problem and we make the hot chocolate for half the stands in the park not just our stand so it was bad very glad I was not in a windowOh I understand that. I'm sure on a cooler day when so many people are ordering hot chocolate that it's harder for the machine to keep up.
I see both sides. I do think it's tacky. But I also think sometimes a packet of instant is better than having people freak out because the shop ran out of hot chocolate.
