Hostel...How scary??

Me and my friends are getting together sometime closer to Halloween and watching scary movies. I hate scary movies, and everyone else loves them. They all want to see Hostel, which I really don't. So I was just wondering how scary is it?? Is it something that a girl who hates scary movies would be able to get through? Or should I bring my iPod and play that while hiding under the covers during this movie?

More gross than scary. And the first half is umm....for mature audiences.

overall, nice. think saw, but not as intelligent.

Never seen it and probably never will but my roommate's seen it and she says that the first half is geared toward adult audiences (if you catch my drift) and the second half is pretty much all bloodshed/torture..

I personally like The Omen (the original version)..my friends had never seen it and now they hate me for making them watch it..
