Hopper pass question

Can the hopper passes still be upgraded to add another day?
You used to be able to add another day IF you did it before you used the final day on your pass.
Does anyone know if this can still be done?

We were just having this discussion the other day...if you go back a few pages you will find it...anyway, what I think you can do (I was totally confused by the whole thing lol ) is...as long as you still have enough days on the hopper to add (or upgrade, since I found out using the word add is incorrect) one or two days and STILL get a four day hopper (since Disney doesn't sell anything lower than that) you can upgrade. Confused? lol

From what I can gather, you can upgrade a park hopper at any point before the end of the day when the last park visit has been used. However, if you want to be able to just add one more day (like going from a 4-day to a 5-day hopper) you must do so within 7 days of the first use of the pass.

Beyond 7-days, you would be able to apply the value of the remaining days on the pass towards the purchase of another pass. This can work against you if you purchased the pass prior to recent price increases or from a ticket broker. The value of the pass is based on what you paid for it and how many days remain. It is not based what Disney charges that day at the gate.

In any case, you cannot use more than one pass to upgrade to another. You cannot combine the unused days on multiple passes into one pass. And, if you have a PHP, the unused pluses have no value.
