Hoping the Rain Stays Away-We're Going Back in May-TR started

Hey Mary!

Your DDs are too cute! I don't think our Disney store holds those events. Do you have to get on a list to be invited, or do you just show up? :confused3

Hiya!! Thanks :) The Disney Store holds these events for me only- I allow the general public come as well. J/K they are open to everyone-just show up!

I was talking with some friends today about Disney World-of course. I mentioned that I use Clorox wipes on the counters, remote etc. Also that I remove the bed spreads. They thought I was crazy. Does anyone else do this?? I also use them on the plane...

Absolutely!!! I have foaming hand sani in my car and purse, as well as a travel size Lysol. I also spray the table when we eat at McDonald's Playplace. I love how the grocery stores offer disinfectant wipes by the entrance now, so you can wipe down the cart. I tend to be more diligent during flu season, but depending on the location (and hotel rooms are top of the list!) I'll give any place a good spray down. ;)

I haven't but know many people who do. Remember I am the one who lounges ON the hotel comforters...:scared1::scared1:

I don't because I figure since I teach school, I'm probably immune to most germs anyway! :lmao:

My DW wipes down every square inch of whatever seats we are sitting in on the plane. Seats, armrests, windows, walls, etc. It is amazing how dirty they are. I'm not sure if anyone EVER cleans them. :confused3:confused3

When we get to the room she cleans everything with Clorox... from the bathroom, to the counters, remotes, phone, etc. I just sit there and watch. :)

But I do think she has a good reason for doing this.

Mary, I do the same thing. I wiped, sprayed, rubbed, scrubbed and disinfected everything I could think of last September, and we used several bottles of hand sanitizer, but you know our outcome.........OINK OINK for both Dallas and I. I really think it is more the rude people, who don't care if they infect others, that spread the germs. People sneezing and coughing without covering. I think I may have just noticed it more because of H1N1, but either way Dallas and I both ended up with it.
