Honoring my dad's birthday at MK

My father passed away in 2013 and March 20th would have been his 56th birthday. I will be at Magic Kingdom that day with my family. I'd like to do some to honor his birthday and though he was a drinking man I know that MK won't have liquor on hand to have a shot in his name. Is there any other place I could get something to celebrate? Do they have birthday cupcakes at the sweet shop on Main Street? If not then is there something along the Boardwalk (we're staying at Beach Club Resort).

Main Street Bakery/Starbucks sells the regular Starbucks cake pops.

BOG has some great tasting cupcakes. Contempo Cafe at the Contemporary has huge cupcakes as does Boardwalk Bakery.

If you dine at Be Our Guest for dinner, they do serve beer and wine!

The Boardwalk Bakery has some great desserts and there are also alcoholic options at all of the Epcot resorts.
