Does anyone know the nutritional info (calories/fat)for the honey mustard sauce that is at all of the fast food restaurants? We thought we were making a good choice by ordering chicken salads for the kids, but something tells us that putting the honey mustard on the salads might not be a very healthy choice.

It is funny you ask that question. I love the Ken's Honey Dijon sauce that they have down there for chicken fingers. I have been looking for it in every store I go in (if I remember) to see if they have it. No one ever does. In must be sold excuslively for restaurants. Anyway, today in work, we had salads and one of the dressings was Ken's Fat Free Honey Dijon. I am not sure if this is the same thing as the dipping sauces but I took an extra one to try it out. I hope it is.

Anyway, back to your original question, the nutrional facts on the back of the 1.5 oz packet for Ken's Fat Free Honey Dijon Dressing are: 60 calories, 0 Fat Cal, 0 Total Fat (0 Sat Fat, 0 Trans Fat), 0 mg Cholest, 400 mg -17% Sodium, 13g-4% Total Carb (Dietary Fiber 1g-4%, Sugars 8g), 1 g Protein, 0% Vitamin A, 0% Vitamin C, 2% Calcium, 0% Iron.
