I have a family member who is a 100% natural, hippie minimalist... she makes her own sunblock.I just wish there was a natural homemade sunblock..I use one every day, but I hate putting those chemicals on my face, even though it works.
I wash my face with honey every night. My skin is smooth, not dry and just looks healthier since I've been doing this.
Thanks for the other ideas.

She "harvests" clay in her backyard... apparently, if you dig, EVERYONE has clay soil under whatever your topsoil is... Anyways, she takes this clay, manipulates it with her hands and body heat,
How do you wash with honey? I'm interested in this one.
Oh it's so easy! I buy the jar honey, any brand that's on sale. The jar is better than the squeeze bottle because honey "crystals" form around the opening to use as an exfolient.![]()
I wet my face, put some honey onto my fingertips and rub it all over my face and sort of massage it in for about 30 seconds, just like a regular cleanser. Then I rinse with warm water, no cloth needed. It comes right off. Just make sure to have your hair pulled back so you won't get honey in it. It really works, I promise!
